Junk and Stuff

Wow so it's been a few days since my last post. I know I'm just getting started here but I am not making myself look good. What can I say though I've been busy. I had prom #1 on Friday. It was a good time. We danced and stuff. There was like an hour of pictures too. Then yesterday I hung out with my nerdy friends so no excuses there. I've started playing Minecraft and that definitely isn't helping my productivity any. Oh well! I'm enjoying myself so it's all good.

the end of swim lessons
Today was my last day of teaching swim lessons, except of coarse for the teacher I'm subbing for on Saturday but that doesn't count. I'm really happy that I don't have to teach anymore because I don't like holding the kids. I would be perfectly content teaching upper level classes because patience is much less necessary but the people in charge seem to think I can only teach little kids.
I have my first prom of the year tomorrow which is cool. Coincidentally the girl I'm going with is also a swim teacher. Today was her last day also. Tomorrow's prom is for her school. Were going as friends. It should be fun. The tuxedo store decided to try and give me the crappiest shirt they had but my father was wise to their tricks and now we have a better shirt.
I also plan to learn the ukelele this weekend. I'm just going to learn a few cords then fake it. For some reason I feel like I already wrote about this. Oh well! My friend Kyle is encouraging me to get a hamster so we can race them. I don't think I'm going to. Kyle really confuses me sometimes.

Today a few things happened to me that I feel are worth noting. I went and hung out with a friend who got out of the psych ward earlier today. It was nice to seem him. He was very happy that he got out. Him me and another friend just sat around a fire and talked for a while. He told us about all the things that he missed about the real world and all the things he learned. There was a lot to take in.
I also decided that I'm going to start drawing again. I have countless doodles in high school notebooks. I make it sound like I'm good at drawing, though I'm not that fantastic. Its more of a little hobby. Oh I also got a haircut.

the first
I've decided it would be appropriate to talk about myself some. I'm an 18 year old from a suburb of Cleveland Ohio. I will be graduating high school in a little over a month. I will be attending 2 proms before graduation. The first is next week with a girl who I work with who couldn't find a date. The second is in 3 weeks and it is my prom. So all in all its an interesting time in my life.
I currently work as a lifeguard at the local rec center. It's super boring.
Alright now that I've given some background info on myself we can move on. I watched Batman Begins last night. I feel the need to point out that at the end of the movie a significant portion of Gotham was left permanently insane due to a chemical released into the air. Now I know the affects of the chemical were temporary if treated quickly but Morgan Freeman said it would take weeks to mass produce the antidote, therefore Gotham=Insane. Also Batman destroyed half the city. Good stuff.
